Welcome to the Class of 2039!  The New Haven Community School Family are so excited to welcome Developmental Kindergartners and Kindergartners to New Haven Elementary and Endeavour K-8 for the fall of 2026.

There will be an informational meeting on February 24, 2026 at Endeavour Elementary at 6:00 p.m. and New Haven Elementary on February 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. More information provided on the flyers below

If your child will turn 5 on or before September 1, 2026, they are eligible to start Kindergarten this fall.  If your child's birthday is between September 2 and December 1, they will qualify for Developmental Kindergarten (DK).

Michigan Law requires all incoming Kindergartners to complete a hearing and vision screening prior to starting kindergarten and have dental assessment.  For more information, parents can contact their child's pediatrician or call the Macomb County Health Department and Vision Program at 586-412-5945.
