As of right now, NHCS will be open for Wednesday, January 24th. HOWEVER, we are closely monitoring our back roads for the remainder of the evening and into the morning. PLEASE have a plan B ready, if we end up having to close in the morning. We We will know by 6:00 am if we are closing or able to stay open.

The New Haven High School Rocket Robotics team is looking for mentors to help build and code their robot. If you are good with tools, computers and small machinery, we need your help! NHCS will be closed for Tuesday, Jan 23rd due to the winter advisory we are under. Sleet and ice are expected to start around 3:00 am and continue throughout the day, especially for the northern portions of Macomb County. Childcare and SACC will be closed as well.

To assure our elementary students are picked up promptly at dismissal, we will be releasing High School and Middle School 20 minutes early to compensate for the weather. High School students will be released today at 1:55 pm and Middle School students will be released at 2:30.

The NHCS will be closed for January 17th. The temperature is expected to drop overnight again, with winds returning causing morning temperatures to be anywhere from -15 to -20 degrees. SACC and childcare will be closed tomorrow as well. Any evening events scheduled for tomorrow will STILL BE TAKING PLACE.
