This summer, Anna and Nate represented NHHS at the Junior Gold Championships in Detroit, joining top bowlers from across the country. After the Opening Ceremonies at Eastern Michigan University, they tackled a week of practice sessions and competition. It was a fantastic experience!

New Haven High School Varsity Bowling students attend the Great Lakes Junior Gold Tour 2024 - Youth Showcase, in Allen Park, MI, at the Thunderbowl Lanes. The students met with recruiting representatives from over 30 colleges, from 14 states!




Summer Reading Reminder!
All New Haven High School students are required to complete a summer reading assignment. Assignments are due upon return to school on September 3rd. Assignment information is available on the school website. Pick up those books and get reading!

We are excited to host our 1st Annual Alumni Youth Basketball Camp and Alumni Charity Basketball Game on August 10th. The camp is free for all boys and girls. Grades 2nd-5th will run from 12:00pm - 1:30pm, and grades 6th-8th will be from 1:30pm - 3:00pm. Each camper will receive a T-shirt, backpack with school supplies, mini-basketball, and several other treats.
The Alumni Charity Game tips off at 7:00pm with Team Green facing off against Team White. Game entry is free, and any donations to the New Haven Boys Basketball program will be greatly appreciated.

New Haven High School Trap team sent two of their best trap shooters, to the 2024 HS National Trap Championship, held at Mason, MI, at the Clay Target Trap Fields. Teammates, Joey E. and Jacob R., were part of the 1,734 contestants from all over the US. The boys had fun in the 88 degrees hot weather and no wind!

New Haven High School would like to welcome Coach Marcuz Dilbert as the new high school football coach! This is an exciting time for the school and the football team. Best wishes to Coach Dilbert and the team for a successful season ahead!
The clay target season ended on a solid note with a banquet and fourteen of our students heading out to Mason, Michigan for the Michigan Trap Shooting State Tournament. Great job, and we look forward to what next season will bring!
