The high school put their own twist on a popular German custom to hide a “pickle-shaped” ornament among the branches on the tree. The search was on as pickles were hidden throughout the school and of course one was hidden in the tree. Students searched and collected pickles throughout the day and many students shared that they celebrate this custom at home on Christmas.

Students heard from Cameron Kostus of House of Hutch about entrepreneurship and My Locker’s POD system. They also met Herman Moore, former Detroit Lion, who shared insights on soft skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
