BUILDING THE NEXT GENERATION OF COMMUNITY MINDED LEADERS TODAY!
Junior Leadership Macomb (JLM) was established in 2013. Since then over 350 students have graduated from our program with 100% of them stating they would recommend this unique learning experience to other students.
Through career exploration, behind the scenes field trips, and a variety of interactive and introspective activities, participants are better prepared for life after high school. The program introduces students to the assets, issues, and leaders in Macomb County which expands their knowledge and network. Participants emerge with established and solid connections, heightened self-awareness, self-confidence, purpose, and direction.
Ryan, Sophia, and Annabella have been accepted to be part of JLM Class XII. Congratulations.

Congratulations to Lamar P. for being invited to the MAC vs. OAA All-Star Baseball Game. Come out and cheer him on June 17 at 7:00 PM.

On Friday evening, numerous NHHS students were recognized and honored by Congresswoman Lisa McClain at the 9th District Congressional Art Competition in Port Huron. Congratulations to Penelope D. for achieving third place in the digital art category for "Scubacat." Another congratulations to our other participants Morgan V, Nevaeh M., Annabella C., Ashlyn S., Beatriz R., Danya R., Jacob A., Miya R., Emma R., Grace W., and Franchesca C. for also entering and showing their talent and skills representing photography, drawing, and digital art.

Congratulations to Ian S. – New Haven’s First-Ever Rocket Man!
With Ian’s graduation, the time has come to pass the torch, or rather, the helmet!
Ian has set the bar high, and now we’re looking for someone ready to fill those (very big) Rocket Man shoes.
